BioI'm a programmer, and a folksinger, and an author, and a father. I'm an incurable (if currently rather wistful due to schedule limitations) domestic--I cook, I clean, I do laundry, I kiss things and make them better. I'm very tall. I smile a lot, I make bad puns, I laugh out loud at jokes.
I'm going to do NaNoWriMo one of these days.I haven't written a new song in 5 years, but I'm working on fixing that. I've written a couple of songs recently, and found a bunch of my old music that I'd mostly forgotten. I am pleased.
Yes, my userpic is me. I was fortunate enough to be given the part of The Executioner in San Diego Opera's 2004 production of Turandot. It's a supernumerary (non-singing) part, but...I still got to be on stage with the San Diego Opera and look "appropriately terrifying" (in the words of one review).
